Early bird pricing:
$3,000 (per room, with one person in the room) with a $1,000 deposit made by September 30, 2023.
Extra person in the room: additional $1,000 (couple with a double, queen or king bed) or (roommates with two single beds.) Initial Deposit $1,500 for pair.
Regular pricing: (October 1, 2023 and onwards)
$3,500 (per person, with one person in the room) with a $1,000 deposit.
Extra person in the room: additional $1,500 (couple with a double, queen or king bed) or (roommates with two single beds.) Initial Deposit $2,000 for pair.

Payment Details: Deposits due to hold your space. Additional monies to be paid in two sums, due by November 15th, 2023, and January 15th, 2024.
Refunds:
50% refund of deposit, or monies paid if requested by November 30th, 2023.
20% refund of monies paid, December 1st-31st, 2023 .
No other refunds will be issued after January 1, 2024.
